It was time to find a more customer-friendly solution as they continued to rapidly scale. Prive's features, such as passwordless login, customizable customer portals, one-click actions, and clear reporting, have enhanced the user experience and reduced customer complaints.
In 2023, Wildwonder is laser-focused on building its community and increasing its subscribers to generate more sustainable recurring revenue. Wildwonder's subscribers are their core customers who spend two to three times more over their lifetime than one-time customers. By investing in its subscription model, Wildwonder is thrilled to grow with its subscribers and spread their mission further.
